Fundraise for OAA

Every dollar raised by our community brings us closer to better treatments, stronger support systems, and a brighter future for individuals and families living with organic acidemias. Whether you’re planning a bake sale, a birthday fundraiser, a community walk, or a large-scale event, your efforts directly fuel OAA’s research grants, family support programs, and educational resources. We invite families, friends, and community members to host a fundraiser on behalf of OAA. No event is too big or too small, and every contribution makes a real difference. To help you get started, OAA has brochures and rack cards available for request that you can print and share at your event to explain our mission and encourage giving.

Demo Derby Sibling Honors Brother and Others with Organic Acidemias

After losing his infant brother Brandon to Isovaleric Acidemia (IVA) before newborn screening caught the disorder, one sibling turned his love of demolition derby racing into a tribute — racing car #03, in honor of Brandon's birthday, to raise awareness and support for OAA and families affected by organic acidemias.

Dylan's Dream Team T-Shirt Fundraiser

Jenni created an ongoing Bonfire t-shirt campaign, "Dylan's Dream Team," with a portion of every shirt sold going directly to OAA. This is a great example of how a simple online shop can turn into lasting support.

Team Tyjah: Elijah (19) & Tyler (22), MMA Mut 0

Brothers Tyler and Elijah, both living with MMA Mut 0 and thriving after liver and kidney transplants, formed "Team Tyjah" to compete in endurance car races across the country. In gratitude for OAA's support throughout their journey, the team races to raise awareness and contributions for the association.
