OAA Financial Summary 2025
Each year we report the financial status of the OAA, highlighting our accomplishments and the source/use of funds received.
In 2025, OAA received $100,612 in total revenue, including contributions and grants, program service revenue, investment income, and other revenue. We sincerely thank our donors, families, corporate partners, and supporters whose generosity makes our programs possible.
During 2025, OAA continued its commitment to supporting individuals and families affected by organic acidemias. OAA provided $20,000 in funding to NORD’s Organic Acidemia Patient Assistance Program, helping eligible individuals with expenses associated with physician-prescribed medications, medical formulas, supplements, and vitamins.
OAA also continued to support research and collaboration within the organic acidemia community, including participation in the newly established ROAR Consortium. In addition, OAA added a Research Program Manager to help strengthen our research initiatives and community engagement.
Our outreach continued through participation in medical and industry conferences, educational resources, newsletters, family communications, and our social media and online communities.
As OAA expands its investment in research, patient assistance, family education, and community support, the need for continued charitable giving is increasingly important. Donations of every size help OAA sustain these programs and pursue new opportunities to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by organic acidemias. In addition to making a donation, supporters can make an important difference by creating a fundraiser for OAA in their local community, workplace, school, or through family and friends. Every donation and fundraising effort helps broaden awareness, engage new supporters, and provide the resources OAA needs to continue this important work for years to come.
